I had them ordered from my local tack shop.
Likes: I have a 17hh TB, hes very long legged as well as long strided. I knew right off the bat that he would need some kind of protection.
I was very weary about putting boots on him. I had used the SMB boots before which offered too much protection and I found that they had weakened the tendons of my previous horses. But I had also wanted to provide him with more protection that just polos.
I spent a lot of time researching and talking to friends. I decided on the woof boots.
I would recommend these for just about any disciple.
They have been great through his dressage training. They are incredibly durable. I have never had problems with them rubbing or getting dirt/sand caught in them, and I wash them frequently.
They are a great deal!
Dislikes: There isn't anything I really dislike.
Quality: The boots are made of a neoprene material. With two very tough Velcro straps. The pads are made of some sort of cushioning but tough plastic.
Summary: The boots are a great buy for the price. Very durable.
They have provided me with the adequate protection my horse needed without the hindering support that the heavier duty boots have provided me in the past.
