Likes: Very little- it was lightweight so had it been any good I would have enjoyed using it through the summer
Dislikes: The antislip pad was hopeless. It was a panel of plastic/rubber net down the centre of the pad. My saddle doesn't actually slip that much any way, only on occasional steep hillwork so I only wanted it for a little extra security. I decided to try the pad out and after hacking out on flat roads (no steep or speed work) for 30 mins I had to get off twice and tighten my girth more than usual in an attempt to try and keep the saddle secure (and my saddle does actually fit). When I got back to the yard my horse was sweaty where the antislip had been even though she is very fit and doesn't usually sweat until at least one hour strenuous/fast work. The antislip was obviously very unbreathable.
Quality: Poorly made with very little consideration as to how the horse would feel under the rubbery antislip pad and I would say the product is far to expensive for what it actually does (very little that is useful). I returned the saddlecloth with a complaint and am now back using shires standard saddlecloths and numnahs.
Summary: I have heard that some people had had good experiences with this numnah but I found it to be a waste of money and it caused my mare more discomfort than it was worth.
