Purchase: I accidentally bought a rocking R saddle on ebay, it was used, but barely. These saddles run around 1000 dollars. We have nothing but gaited horses and we needed a extra saddle.
Likes: This is the best gaited saddle I have had. I have tried a lot of saddles, including tennessean, dixieland, circle y, abetta, and many more. This is my most favorite saddle by far. It fits all our gaited horses and is very comfortable for horse and rider. It fits well and doesn't slip. Our horses seem to perform well with this saddle. We mainly trail ride and ride all day. Have had no sore backs on my horses from this saddle
Dislikes: I like everything. It is well made and comfortable. Wish it would come in a different color
Quality: It is very well constructed, well stitched and nice tooling. Fenders are preturned and don't give you sore knee's. Leather is good and is easy to clean.
Summary: Great saddle. If I ever sell my dixieland saddle, I will definitely get another Rocking R gaited saddle.
