Purchase: I bought these used at a local tack shop for $10. They looked new so I bought them.
Likes: I wanted a boot that was heavy to help my mare learn to pick up her feet (she is really lazy) but I didn't like the thought of "weighted" boots because I didn't want to put extra stress on her.
Dislikes: I used them once for 5 min of trotting and all of the velcro straps tore off they just fell off. I don't know how old they were when I got them but they didn't show any signs of wear.
Quality: Bad, fell apart after 5 min.
Summary: I would not spend the money on them, the are expensive new but maybe I just got a bad deal.
