Purchase: I purchased this saddle brand new, and with tax I believe it came out to just a little over $2,000 USD.
Likes: I LOVE THIS SADDLE. I am nearly 6 ft. tall so it is next to impossible to find something to fit my leg. This saddle is extremely comfortable, fits my leg wonderfully, has a nice deep seat and makes me feel very secure both while doing gallop work and over fences, especially on cross country. Knee rolls are substantial and cushy which I love, with front and rear thigh blocks. I also really like that it is WOOL flocked and not foam...I love everything about this saddle.

Summary: Wonderful, wonderful saddle. Barnsby has impeccable craftsmanship and makes quality, long lasting saddles. I am now a huge Barnsby fan and recommend them to everyone. If you are a taller rider looking for a jumping saddle, PLEASE consider this one! Or, if you are looking for a cross country saddle, PLEASE look at this one. Not nearly as expensive as Devocouxs, which are FOAM flocked (meaning they can't be restuffed).
