Purchase: I purchased these breeches in August for the regular price (about $140) from Dover Saddlery.
Likes: These are far and away the most comfortable breeches I have ever owned. The fabric is light, a bit stretchy, and breathable, but substantial enough that I don't feel like the entire world knows what kind of underwear I have on. They fit me perfectly, and have a low rise fit, which is what I prefer in breeches. They wear well, and stay very clean - they don't pick up dirt the way some other breeches do. I also love the piping on the side - it's very subtle, but still distinctive.
Dislikes: Really, there is nothing I don't like. I love all the Ariat breeches I have tried, and find them to be worth the money, though I was initially hesitant.
They are a little bit slippery for riding a very clean horse bareback, but I think for most people showing, that's not too much a problem.
Quality: Very well constructed, high quality. I have never had a problem with any Ariat workmanship.
Summary: I highly recommend these to anyone - even over Tailored Sportsman!
