Purchase: I bought this saddle off of E-Bay for a fantastic deal- I paid $560.00 USD (for the saddle, stirrup leathers, and the stirrups themselves), which translated to just over $700.00 CAD, including shipping. I was looking for an economical saddle, but I needed one which would stand up to the abuse of keeping it at a barn, had nice, high-quality leather and good quality construction, would fit a wide variety of lessoning horses, and, most importantly, would look good in the Hunter Jumper show ring.

Dislikes: The leather on the seat is so soft that it's pretty easy to mark up- I took a tumble from my horse, and ether from a zipper on my half chaps or from my boot, I got a mark on it- I think it'll be pretty eyes to rub out with a little elbow grease, though. As with all mid-range saddles, some of the dye has rubbed off where the stirrup leathers are, although I can't complain- I thought more would come off. The billets are also shorter than on most saddles, so I found I needed to switch girths, because mine no longer reached.
Quality: Wonderful! As I said earlier, CTD is closely monitored by Stubben. They use the same leather, and undergo the same process- you just pay less. I'm not sure how old the saddle is- I've had it for just over three months, but I bought it used, so it's older than that, but aside from rub marks from the leathers, it's in flawless condition! The stitching is all tight and intact, and everything is holding up beautifully.
Summary: A beautiful, high-quality saddle for a reasonable price. Definitely recommended.
