Purchase: I purchased these breeches on sale for $29 from Dover Saddlery. I desperately needed a new pair of breeches!
Likes: These are wonderful, comfortable breeches. They are cool in the summer and fairly warm in the winter (although it hardly gets really cold in southern california!) These look nice enough to be show breeches, but I use them for schooling only. They have that "corduroy" texture to them, which makes them stretchy and form-fitting.
Dislikes: Nothing huge, but my pair is showing a bit of wear in the "seat" area, probably from sitting on jumps, wood mounting blocks, and other abrasive surfaces. Otherwise, no complaints!
Quality: My TuffRider breeches have tight stitching and nice, strong knee patches the should hold up to years of riding. They fit well and feature Lycra and Scotchguard.
Summary: I recommend getting these breeches for schooling and for schooling or C shows. However, the traditional beige color would most certainly be accepted at A shows. These are all around comfortable, nice breeches.
