Purchase: I purchased this pair of gloves at El Toro Tack and Feed for $21.95, because I needed a new pair of gloves.
Likes: This pair of gloves is very comfortable and perfect for hot summer days because they are very breathable. Comfort wise, this is the best pair of gloves I've used in my riding career.
Dislikes: After less than a year, mine are falling apart. There is a hole along my pointer finger which is steadily growing bigger. I have no clue how it got there, but it must be simply from wear. Second, I use double reins, so although the area between the third and pinky finger has the "rein cut" design, the area between the middle and third finger (where my second rein lies) has a bulky seam and no extra protection. I have developed blisters in this area because of the lack of protection here, and will probably need to find a pair of gloves that has better seams in the future.
Quality: Like I stated above, mine are falling apart and the seams have caused blisters. They otherwise seem well constructed, and I would be willing to try another model of Heritage gloves, but I would not recommend this model for heavy riding.
Summary: For schooling and occasional riding, I would get these gloves. However, I do not recommend them for everyday use, heavy training, or shows.
