Model: Rex (View all Rex reviews)
Category: Jumping Saddles
Purchase: I paid $150 at a local tack sale, sold it recently for more than twice that on ebay.
Likes: Not much to like... this is a highly thought of saddle, but, for the life of me, I can't figure out why.
Dislikes: Didn't fit any horse on my farm, didn't fit any rider on my farm, and everybody who rode in it sat permanently behind the motion of the horse. This is a terrible saddle, maybe once long ago they were good, but, now, I think people just buy them for the name recognition. They are not worth owning.
Quality: Good leather and stitching, but sits rider poorly.
Summary: Don't get one.
