Purchase: eBay, I paid $500.00 for it and it was brand new.
Likes: Very light in weight which is fabulous for the horse as well as me not having to lift a piece of equipment that weighs a lot. The low maintenance, it's fabulous. I have had this saddle for over 2 years and have ridden in it almost every day and it still looks brand new. Not to sure what its made of but no tears or holes anywhere.
I did find it to fit very well most horses I have ridden; that includes: TB's, warmbloods, QH. Very handy saddle that way. Because it isn't leather and its so light weight it fits to the horse very quickly yet returns back to its shape once you are done riding, unlike your typical saddle fillers. Great saddle to take for water as well. Does not stain at all.
Dislikes: The gullet is extremely difficult to change!! The saddle does fit me very well but it does put my lower leg a little to far back. Nothing else I disliked about the saddle.
Quality: Excellent. The saddle itself looks great and will give you that typical hunter/jumper look. Like I said, have used it hundreds of hours and it still loos new!
Summary: If you want a good quality saddle that is low maintenance and always keeps that great look this is the saddle for you, just don't be fooled by the "easy change gullet system". Great to have the opportunity to change if need be but it's very hard to actually change it and takes a few people to do it.
