Purchase: I originally bought these boots from a tack store for around $70 dollars. I bought them for my older QH mare Rosie to help protect her legs.
Likes: These boots put up with a lot. I used them a lot to protect Rosie's legs when I rode, and now I use them for my other horse Socks to protect his legs when I train and for trail rides. They put up with all our short trail rides around our neighborhood, and also on the ten mile charity trail ride we did together.
Dislikes: Sometimes the horse's legs can get pretty sweaty from them.
Quality: Overall, the quality is great, the boots have really held up through all our rides and trail rides with all the brush, I have had them for awhile, and they are still good as new.
Summary: Overall, i really like this product. It definitely helps protect my horses' legs even when the footing isn't the best, and it also protects their legs from burrs and scratches. Just wish they were a little bit more breathable.
