Purchase: I bought these boots from Dover Saddlery a few years ago and paid around $120 for them. I was looking for a boot I could show in, but didn't want to pay a fortune.
Likes: I love these boots. They have really held up well considering I wear them the entire time that I'm at the barn! They provide a classic look for the show ring, but are also durable enough to double as schooling boots. I really am surprised these haven't fallen apart yet; I do not clean them regularly, I wear them when i wash my horse, etc. and yet with just a little bit of boot polish you'd never know how extensively they are worn! These are great boots!
Dislikes: There's really nothing I don't like about these boots...I suppose I wish they came in a shorter height for a size 8 because I am sort of short, but they still work and fit comfortably, so I'm happy!
Quality: These boots are obviously of good quality if they have withstood 2 or 3 years' worth of riding 3-4 times per week. Only now has one seam begin to come undone, right at the ball of the foot. But I can accept that for all of the wear I have gotten out of them!
Summary: I love these boots and when I retire my current pair I am going to buy a brand new pair just like them! I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone!
