Purchase: Through my local horse store at the same time as I bought a saddle.
Under $100.
Likes: I love the design of the girth, it is built so that there is plenty of elbow room for the horse.
The rings on both sides and the underside of the girth which allow quick attachment and removal of side reins and breastplates.
Also, I love that there is elastic on both sides of the girth, so after my horse is done bloating i can tighten it on either side.
Dislikes: I wish it came in a larger variety of colors.
Quality: The stitching and elastic has held up perfectly considering I use it 6 days a week on 2 different horses a day, for 2 years now.
The color has not faded or bled, and returns to a beautiful shine when cleaned and polished.
Summary: I love this product! It is inexpensive enough that a beginner could buy it as there first girth, But can be used as a show girth.
