Purchase: I found this on www.cowboysuperstore.com and paid $90.00 for it plus s & h.
Likes: I bought this with the stainless steel due to my not being able to afford the one with sterling silver ($200). It looks the same to me though. It's a nice headstall for showing and being that it was $90, I can use it for day to day riding as well. I wouldn't do that with a $200 model.
It is made from saddle leather and has nice detailed basketweave stamping.
Dislikes: If I was into showing seriously, I would have spent the $200 on the sterling silver because I can see that the stainless steel is beginning to look a bit on the dull side.
Quality: It's made from saddle leather, lined with latigo and stitched with white nylon.
Summary: This is an affordable headstall and I am pleased with it.
