Purchase: I purchased this hoof dressing at State Line Tack for about $10. The price appealed to me and Absorbine is a reliable brand, so I figured I'd give this product a try.
Likes: This product delivers good results, but not phenomenal ones. I didn't really notice a difference in the crack my horse had in one of his hooves, but he also did not get any more after I started using this product, so maybe it is better as a preventative measure than as a healer.
Dislikes: There is not much to complain about, only that it is clear when you paint it on and I personally prefer a brown color just to look nicer. But that's really not a big deal.
Quality: This hoof dressing comes in a plastic bottle with a screw-on plastic lid w/ brush attached. I have never had any problems, and this design is easier to keep clean than the metal cans that most hoof dressings come in.
Summary: I liked this product, but wasn't amazed by anything that it does.
