Purchase: I bought these gloves because I needed some nicer gloves to replace my old ones, which where full of holes. I bought them at a tack shop for around 15-20 dollars.
Likes: They have lasted me a really long time, and are still being used! The durability of the gloves is extraordinary, and has looks to compare to the quality. Being the classical black, they are soft and look good in the show ring or in schooling. Around the wrist is an elastic so it will fit you better. The hand grips work quite well and the reins hardly slip with these!
Dislikes: There is nothing to not like about these good gloves. At worst, I would say that they are not completely all weather, because they would not be efficient in winter, but that is why they make winter gloves!
Quality: The construction of these gloves is quite wondrous and holds up well. It seems that the fabric is quite resistant because I have had them for a while, there is no sign or wear or any holes! All in all, these gloves are made to last!
Summary: these are really good gloves of showing quality, but are good for schooling too! If you do not want to pay a big sum of money just for gloves, SSG is the company to buy from! It is better to buy one pair of good gloves, than five pairs that will last you one month, for the same sum of money! These gloves are a really good investment.
