Purchase: I purchased these wraps in 2003. I bought one pair from Classic Dressage Collection and another pair from Dover Saddlery. Each pair cost about $55. I was looking for good quality leg wraps for my young horse and these seemed to fit the bill.
Likes: I have used these wraps on every ride since 2003. They have been washed many, many times and maintain their functionality very well. They are very easy to put on. They say on very well. We have used them trail riding and they were perfect even after a fairly long walk through a pretty deep stream. They never come off or loosen up when they shouldn't. They do not cause any skin irritations. They are one of my favorite horse products.
Dislikes: There is nothing that I don't like about them. I love them! Please note that when you wash them, use a laundry bag. If you just put them in the washer loose, they may get torn by the washer's workings.
Quality: The inner layer that goes around the horse's leg is soft cotton that is cushiony and feels like it has air pockets in it. That layer changes over to the elastic that conforms to the leg and keeps the wrap in place. The elastic section will be in the color you select.
Summary: This is an excellent product and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality leg wraps.
