Purchase: I bought these breeches on eBay, from Gorge-US Girls, for $65. Having bought other Kerrits clothing, I find that I can rely on their sizing, and really like their F-low cut - it's amazingly comfortable.

Likes: The fabric is incredible. When you first put these on, it feels a bit stiff, but that disappears in 5 minutes. It's very, very supportive, and keeps your muscles from feeling tired - really! It's easy to keep clean, and the dust just brushes off. Definitely a multi-ride breech, and when needs to be washed, just goes in the washer and dryer - very easy. The F-low waist dips lower in front, and the waistband is about 2" wide. It's even flattering on those of us with a little extra around the waist, and doesn't roll down like regular elastic waists can, giving a very nice fit. The full seat is the most amazing thing. The inside of the legs do 'catch' on each other the very first time you put the breeches on, but a little baby powder fixes that. The material provides just the right amount of grip on my synthetic dressage saddle, and the 'squeak' that some hear was barely noticeable and went away after 20 minutes of riding. The best part is that you don't sweat under the full seat!!! When I took these off, I was sweatier under my socks than under the full seat - and the lower part of the ankle is even lycra, not full-seat material.

Dislikes: The ankle elastic is great if you're wearing these over paddock boots, but it would be great to have a stirrup foot to wear them in tall boots. As it is, I just pull my socks over them to keep them smooth under boots because the ankles have a tendency to bunch up. But that's the construction on ALL the Kerrits tights and breeches.

Quality: The stitching on these particular breeches was not as good a quality as on my other Kerrits breeches. There were lots of loose threads, and a couple of the stitches popped while putting the breeches on - even though they are the correct, well-fitting size and are not tight or hard to put on.

Summary: Love, love, love these breeches! For the price I paid, it's not hard to live with the little imperfections. They keep you in your seat and look good at the same time. Will definitely get more.
