Purchase: I purchased this saddle very lightly used from a Palomino horse shower for $650.00 as I was in the market for another show saddle.
Likes: This saddle is very pretty to look at. It features full tooling with silver accents. I love the way it fits any of my show horses and the cutout enables good leg contact. This saddle is great for me as I am short legged and it seems to have a narrower twist to it than other saddles I own which allows me to stay seated better.
Dislikes: The "Silver" is cheap and I mean cheap. I usually take the silver off all my show saddles when I'm not showing and keep the pieces wrapped but this silver is so thin I am afraid to take it off and on.
Quality: This saddle in my opinion is made better than any Circle Y, Crates, Big Horn etc. that is made today. It is solid, heavy, well tooled and put together very well.
Summary: I would put this saddle up against any of the new saddles being made today in any type of show ring. It is very inexpensive for the quality you get with the exception of the silver. Plan on replacing the silver down the line and you will have a show saddle that should last a lifetime.
