Model: Integra (Adjustable model) (View all Integra Adjustable Tree Dressage Saddle reviews)
Category: Dressage Saddles
Purchase: The saddle (2002 model, Rembrandt model - not Classic) was purchased in 2006 through a auction site. This was a new model purchased for $1300, with Schrump leather and an adjustable tree.
Likes: The ability to adjust the saddle to the horse being ridden is extremely helpful with young horses. Before this saddle I would have to have the saddle refitted or exchanged every 4-6 months.
Dislikes: The mechanism must be checked before every ride. I have found that it can slip when I am working on lengthening exercises over ground poles or the like.
Quality: The leather breaks in very nicely and is relatively easy to clean.
Summary: This saddle is a good choice for young growing horses that continually change shape during training. I have been able to keep the same saddle on my young horses for multiple years.
