Purchase: I found Dixieland Gaited Saddles via the internet and, after speaking with Cynthia many times I ordered a saddle. Cynthia was not pushy and was very very prompt in returning calls and answering questions. She sent the form fits to assure a perfect fit for my horse and I.
Likes: The saddle was even more beautiful than I had expected. The craftsmanship was unbelievable. No detail was left out and the quality and weight of the leather was so nice. Everything was just as I had been told it would be.
Dislikes: My horse loved the flex tree. He gaited so much better and was able to move more freely. The ride was so much more comfortable for me. It was hard to believe that a saddle could make that kind of difference at the end of a long day of trails!!
Quality: Utmost quality, intricate details, above and beyond expectations!
Summary: I would highly recommend anyone considering a gaited horse saddle to buy from this lady. I have since ordered a second saddle from Dixieland and am awaiting production! I am sure I will be just as happy with the new one as my first!
