Purchase: I spent several months shopping around for a nice, new saddle. I stumbled into Ballards Saddle Shop in Norco, CA one day and when I left, I knew this is where I was going to buy.
I decided on a model 1725 - it is the most comfortable saddle I have sat in. I love it. It is far superior in quality and craftsmanship than those which are mass produced. This saddle is handmade locally, (Southern CA - Bloomington) and they have a 100% life time guarantee!
I have looked for $900 brand new, I am completely satisfied!!
Likes: The look, feel, comfort, quality.. Handmade, wonderful saddle.
Dislikes: I would have like to have the stirrups turned during the construction of it. However, I am using the broomstick method and it is working well..
Quality: Superior.. A wonderfully handmade saddle.
Summary: Do I need to say more - I looked, I saw, I bought.. I am totally satisfied with quality of this saddle at an exceptionally reasonable price..
