Purchase: I bought these for just over $100 dollars from Cavender's because I needed a light pair of boots that I could endurance race in. Every endurance racer I knew wore these boots, so I gave them a try. I am now on my second pair of boots in 3 1/2 years (I previously had the non-water proof version).
Likes: I love the comfort and lightness of this boot. They are flexible when they need to be (like running along your horse), but strong when it is crucial (like a horse stepping on your toes). They are easy to take care of and come in nice colors. When Ariat said water proof, I was doubtful. However, the water proofing on these boots is perfect and has never wanned.
Dislikes: The only thing that I have to say here is point where the boot bends wears some.
Quality: The construction is great, except for the minor wearing noted above. Through 100 milers, multidays and creek rides, these boots have stuck with me all the way.
Summary: I love these boots. They are the best boots I have ever raced in.
