Purchase: I bought this saddle from a local tack store at about $1,000 or around there. I'm interested in eventing and needed a saddle for more then one thing and this saddle just kinda fit my long legs at the store which not many saddles did.
Likes: The saddle has been ridden in pretty regularly and i keep my tack pretty nice so i oiled it at first at least once a week if not more. The Saddle still looks brand new and people always say oh "new saddle" but i have had it about a year and it looks hardly touched. The leather hasn't changed but it has started to fit me very good and becomes more and more comfortable each time i ride in it and still looks like i bought it yesterday. i recommend the saddle to anyone who wants a nice jumping saddle without paying the high dollar. (fit my horse nicely too)
Dislikes: there isn't a lot that i don't like on my saddle. its put together well. The only thing is at first, the saddle can feel a little odd in relation to your leg on the horse, but it has adjusted to a better fit recently.(probably part of breaking it in)
Quality: seems so far like a nicely stitched strong saddle(durable).
Summary: the saddle was worth every penny spent and i am not disappointed in the least. cleans up nice too... like i had said, looks though it came off the shelf yesterday with good care.
