Purchase: Purchased from Best Friend Equine Supply for $46.95 plus shipping. I have a very lush
pasture and my 3 horses were getting very fat.
Likes: All in one muzzle and halter is easy to adjust and easy to put on and take off.
Dislikes: Of the three horses, only one horse kept the muzzle on. One horse slipped out of the muzzle and one horse broke one of the straps 3 times(I finally gave up). The horse that kept it on has worn it for 7 months almost daily. If your horse is an escape artist, get the model that attaches to a separate halter(get a breakaway style). The Deluxe Muzzle has a halter attached, and since it is lacking a brow band, it can be more easy to get out of.
Quality: well made. My horse did eat thru the bottom in less than one year. The company said they now make a double thick unit(costs more), so I will get that next time.
Summary: A great way to keep your horse on pasture and keep them thin.
