My horse hates gnats and deer flies. I use it on trail rides.
Likes: does not interfere with the eyesight of the horse since the mesh is so fine.
The ears and other areas that fir around the face are jersey material which is soft. The mask is cool and easy to put on and it stays put, unlike the knit ear covers.
Dislikes: the mesh is delicate..HAND WASH ONLY.
Never use in the pasture !!!!
Also, if you are on a trail ride, if your horse rubs his head against a tree(which is a big no no anyway) the mask will shred !!!
