Purchase: I purchased these through Dover Saddlery for approximately $25. I was in need of ankle boots, but not willing to spend a large sum. I really wanted the flexible, neoprene lined boot with a velcro closure on the outside, similar to Eskadrons.
Likes: I like the reasonable price, flexibility of the material, and the neoprene lining.
Dislikes: The boots are not designed to conform to the horse. Unlike the Eskadrons which mold to the horse's fetlock, these boots are not ergonomically designed at all. Additionally, the sizing seems very strange. I have a big-boned gelding who fit the height recommendations for my boot size. They are ridiculously huge, and will likely never fit anything I own, unless I take a liking to a draft... Not even a draft cross. :P
Quality: Nice construction, durable, easy to clean.
Summary: Order down in sizes, and if you want to spring for something that will fit better and frustrate you less, go for a different brand! I like most WOOF products - this just isn't one of them.
