Purchase: I was to pay $1,100 to have a horse delivered from NY to OR. She died in route from CO to OR from neglect from the shipping company. They never kept me informed on the mare and then told half truths about her too! They also switched her halter but deny that even though I have pictures to prove it.
Likes: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- I would not trust them with anything after the death of this horse!!!!
Dislikes: Everything-- the lack of phone calls, the truth about the mare and how she was trailered, the metal in the trailer that was not covered, diamond plate flooring, and the fact that they just did not care. They said there haulers were first and foremost horse handlers which was a lie. They knew the mare had not been handled much or trailered but promised they knew what they were doing when they did not!!
Quality: Very Poor--- I have pictures if you would like to see them!!
Summary: Do not put you or your horse through this!!
