Purchase: I'm writing because I just read the negative review of these folks. I paid $1200 in June 2006 for transport of my mare from Rhode Island to Montana
Likes: The service was excellent! They were great communicators before they picked her up and while she was in transit. They were extremely helpful with information about what I needed for documentation, were meticulous about loading her, provided her with great care in transit, rested her for three days in CO en route, and delivered her in wonderful shape. They made sure I had plenty of opportunity to examine her condition when they delivered her. And they took every other horse off the trailer while they were delivering her, to check them over and to give them a chance to stretch their legs. I was there to receive her and was very impressed with they way they treated her and all the horses on the load, as was the woman whose place I had her delivered to. The folks who loaded her for me in RI were equally impressed. I'm sorry for the lady who had a bad experience, but that was the antithesis of my experience with these folks!
