Likes: I like the soft fabric around the ears, the extended nose, and the soft fabric over the eyes. It even fits my horse well. It seems like many brands really don't snug down around the muzzle, but this one does. Also nice is the ability to shade their eyes from the sun--UV protection!
Dislikes: If you have a horse that rubs their face against the post, it would probably be tore up pretty quickly, but even the heavier ones have been torn up by some of my horses on occasion.
Quality: I think the construction and quality are excellent.
Summary: Wow, those buzzing little beasts are busy getting in my horses ears and eyes this year. Even with flies off repellent they are still bad. The best solution is the Absorbine fly mask with ears. I really like this fly mask because the area over the face is very soft and pliable and I like the extended nose version. It gives the horse more protection and doesn't rub their eyelashes off! Of course they need eyelashes to filter out the dust we have here in Idaho, it's like talcum powder. Very fine and easily carried in the wind. If you are looking for a fly mask and your horse doesn't tend to rub on the post and tear them up. I would recommend this one!
