Purchase: I paid $40 for this at a local feed/tack store (G&E Pharmacy).
Likes: It's a nicely coloured bridle, I had a wintec cc saddle and this bridle is the exact same colour as it.
Dislikes: Well, for a cheapy bridle I know I shouldn't expect much, but I do not like this bridle.
The sizing on it is weird. My mare wears a cob size, but this bridle is almost to big, and I can't get the noseband small enough to do a thing at all. Oddly enough though the throatlatch on it seems to be too small, I had to punch a hole at the very end so I wouldn't strangle my horse with it.
The quality of the leather is terrible, even for a cheap bridle. I've never had any piece of tack that collected grime like this bridle does, and even after a year of steady conditioning it's still stiff and a pain to adjust.
Quality: Apart from the weird sizing it's construction seems to be ok, but as far as quality is concerned this is not a nice bridle.
Summary: I would not buy this bridle again. In the same price range there are several brands that make nicer ones.
