Purchase: I ordered these from State Line Tack (before it was bought out by horse.com). I paid around $35 for them, I think. I was getting back into english riding and needed a nice, inexpensive pair of breeches.
Likes: I love these breeches. They are the perfect fit for me. I have a very short torso, and these breeches fit me so wonderfully. They are a very classy look, with the ribbed fabric and knee patch. The have a nice slant zippered pocket on the outside, which is much more handy than the internal pockets on most.
Dislikes: I guess the only thing that I would change about them is that they don't have velcro ankle closures. However, I've never had them ride up while pulling on my tall boots, or anytime while wearing my boots.
Quality: These breeches are well made. I'm very rough on my riding pants, since I ride multiple horses daily. I can usually blow out the seat stitching in a pair of breeches in a few months. I've had these since December, and it's now almost August, and they look as good as the day I bought them!
Summary: These are a great pair of breeches for schooling, showing, anything. They are comfortable, affordable, and a great asset to any riders collection!
