Purchase: I purchased the cavello simple boot from my local tack store at a low $89.00
Likes: These boots are simple to put on and off they are simple to clean and stay on even while galloping.
Dislikes: My only complaint is that they rubbed his pastern raw after galloping, they didn't rub him raw from just trotting or walking but if you are going any faster I would suggest to get some bandaging and put a thin layer around your horses pasterns to protect them.
Quality: The boot seems to be made very well.
At first I didn't know if they would stay on because they are rather loose at the top, but jumping and running couldn't even shake them loose.
Summary: These boots are perfect for my needs, plus they provided everyone a good laugh the first time I put them on him, make sure your horse has been given the chance to get used to them before asking him to do any real work under saddle though.
