Purchase: Purchased the pad from "almostaranch", actually from a very rude thing named Nichole Gromer.
They call their store "almostaranch" and after dealing with the extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I certainly see why they are not a ranch!! :(
This cinch from "almostaranch" appears to be of "second quality", the mohair is raveling and not all strings are attached to the hardware.
Likes: I love the roller buckles...makes cinching horses a breeze.
Dislikes: The fact that it appears to be of "second type quality."
Seller, Nichole Gromer, "almostaranch" of Rolla ND was extremely awful to deal with. I can't understand why people get such pleasure out of being just nasty!! SHE WANTED ME TO SEND THE FAULTY CINCH BACK AT MY EXPENSE BEFORE SHE WOULD SEND ME A MORE EXPENSIVE CINCH TO REPLACE THE POOR QUALITY PRODUCT. I PAID $41.00 FOR THE INFERIOR CINCH SO THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO INCUR ANY MORE EXPENSE IN DEALING WITH HER.
Anyway, I will never deal with her or her "store" again.
Quality: Poor for a smart cinch. I own 4 other smart cinches and I love them.
It appears that this "company" acquires "seconds" and tries to pass them as first rate.
