Purchase: I found my tucker cheyenne online. I bought it used and it was worth all of the money I paid! There are not too many saddles as supple and comfortable for long distance riding as a tucker. My billy cook didn't fit my horse, so I bought a simco trail deluxe...that made his spine get lumps....so I test rode a new tucker cheyenne wide tree and we both loved it. Now I bought one....will never again own anything else.
Likes: I love the fact that the leather is soooo supple. I love the padding in the seat for my seat
Dislikes: I wish mine came with the leather covered trail glide stirrups.
Quality: well, this saddle is now 5 years old and looks just like it did when it was new with the exception of when it ran into a tree. SO, without the scratches from the tree....it looks great.
Summary: Bottom line is buy the best saddle you can that offers you and your horse the best comfort because your horse will behave much better and you will enjoy your ride...which in turn will help you enjoy your horse to the fullest. And I do believe that is why we own them.
