Purchase: I put this under training because it's a good video to train the rider's muscles. I found it online for $29.95.
Likes: This is a great video for not only riders but anyone looking to get into shape. It's geared for riders to strenghten the right muscles and areas of the body needed for riding.
Dislikes: I hate to exercise.

Summary: I know it's hard for all of us to keep an exercise routine. The fact that it is for riders makes it easier. I get excited about riding ever week, and I'd rather do this then go to a gym.
