Purchase: I bought this turnout sheet at my local tack shop. It was on sale, so I paid $119.00 with tax.
Likes: About the only thing I really like about the turnout sheet is the color. It is light blue with dark blue around the bottom half.
Dislikes: I don't like the fit. It seemed to fit my horse when I tried it on him, but after he went out in the pasture and moved around a bit, it binded him terribly around the shoulders (note: he is very narrow through the shoulders). Although, I tried it on my other horse with medium shoulders and it binded also, just not as bad. The high neck also slides back to where it looks like a regular neck after being on him for a while. I don't like the new designed tail flap. It seems to work great if you are looking for a manure catcher, lol. Also, the sheet doesn't seem to be very waterproof. The few times I used it on my horse when it was raining, he came in and it was damp underneath the sheet.
Quality: It is 1200 denier ripstop. The construction seems to be of average quality. I haven't used it enough though to see how it would stand up to constant use.
Summary: I would recommend stearing clear of this turnout sheet, especially if you have a narrow chested horse.
