Purchase: I purchased this from Heartland Vet Supply for about $5. I have horses that have some scars on their legs and have developed proud flesh.
Likes: It is amazing how it works. Literally, with just a few applications (every 2 days or so), the proud flesh just disappeared. It was incredible to see how well it worked.
Dislikes: It is not really safe for people, so you need to wear gloves.
Quality: This comes in a small plastic container and is applied almost as a paste. It is a topical for proud flesh (not general scars) and removes the proud flesh up to the area of the actual scar.
Summary: This is an amazingly inexpensive way to get rid of proud flesh (as compared to calling the vet). I keep some on hand all the time.
