Purchase: My friend gave this to me. She spent $10 for it when she bought it used.
Likes: This pad is easy to come clean and it is of nicer quality than the medallion pads. There is no fleece, so it doesn't get bunchy if it goes in the wash or anything. It also absorbs sweat very well, and doesn't slip as easily.
Dislikes: It doesn't have as much padding as I'd like to see for a saddle pad, and because it is shaped I can't put another one on top of it. Even though it is made better than a fleece one, I do feel better using a fleece pad because it adds some more cushion to the saddle area.
Quality: This is a waffle-weave type of pad. It has been through at least three owners and tons of use, and nothing is coming frayed or unstitched.
Summary: This is an excellent pad for hot days and schooling. Not the best if your saddle is ill-fitted because it is a flat, fitted pad that doesn't have any padding.
