Purchase: I have a mare that is 26 years old. I have owned her since she was four. She recently had lost some wieght, some muscle mass. Her ribs were showing and bones in her hindquarters as well. I had the vet come out and she did a full exam, tested for Cushings disease. Everything came back normal. A friend had recommended a weight gainer and the vet okayed the addition to her regular diet, She has been on it for three weeks and i see and improvement. She had foundered in the past so we didnt want to up her grain. Weight Builder did the trick.
Likes: It is concentrated so i am not adding alot of feed to her diet.
Dislikes: She does not care for the taste or smell, im not sure which..I have to mix it with beet pulp and her grain.
