Purchase: I purchased a 6lb pale of this and imported it from USA into Canada. (Cost around $60. US)
I therefore incurred shipping and import charges but had used it before and it worked well ( Total cost was around $100 Cdn for a 1 month supply).
This year I had NO results despite the cost so did not reorder or continue to use it.
I contacted the company and complained about it not working and was told the problem was mine. I had put a fly sheet on the horse and that caused the horse to sweat and 'burn out' from the sun more than if she had not been blanketed: there is no warning about using a fly sheet on the label.
I then asked for management information to escalate my complaint but did not receive any response.
A friend had the same problem but contacted a tack shop in Ottawa. He was told there was a PROBLEM with a particular batch. That tack shop sent him a new product.
I am puzzled as to why the actual manufacturer cannot serve its customers and provide a product that is cost efficient and works.
I am very disappointed with this company and product.
