Purchase: I bought this through KV Vet for $19 because I needed a dressage whip. I hadn't really looked around, but they had one and I ordered it.
Likes: It's not a bad whip. It has a rubber grip handle which is very comfortable and it does it's job.
Dislikes: The price/quality ratio. It's just not a whip that LOOKS like a $19 whip, and I wish I'd shopped around. I found the same one when I visited Big Dees for $6.50 (on sale, normally $7 something), and they had much nicer ones with metal knobs on the end for $14-16. I should have shopped around and found either a nicer one or a cheaper one.
Quality: Rubber handle, flexible, durable dressage whip. I would consider it average quality for a dressage whip; probably won't withstand everything but it hasn't broken or come unraveled.
Summary: Continue to shop around. You can buy the same one cheaper elsewhere or buy a nicer one for the same cost or less.
