Purchase: I purchased these gloves in a tack store in Massachusetts for approximately $25 one year ago.
Likes: These gloves provide a nice, secure grip on the reins, and yet allow my fingers and hands the flexibility I need to really use my hand-aids properly. The gloves are quite comfortable to wear, and look nice, too!! I find they are suitable for use in all but the hottest, or coldest, weather conditions.
Dislikes: This isn't really a problem with the actual gloves themselves, but my hands swell just enough in the summer heat and humidity to make these close-fitting gloves difficult to remove; if you have the same problem, you might consider buying a larger size than you normally would wear.
Quality: The Tek Grip gloves are well-made, with reinforced fingers and a secure Velcro closure at the wrist. The stitching is even and sturdy.
Summary: I love these gloves! I've used them several times a week for a year, and they look brand-new. I wash them regularly (by hand with a mild detergent), and the rich black color hasn't faded one bit. The stitching is still secure, as is the Velcro wristband.
