Category: Barrel Saddles
Purchase: I bought this saddle used for $900 online and it was really worth it!
Likes: I like the quality workmanship. The leather is thick and well tooled. It fits my horse great. The seat is just perfect to hold you for tight turns and comfortable for hours of trail riding too! There are keepers on each side to hold a latigo that cinches up if you like to tighten on both sides.
Dislikes: I don't like the nylon latigos and replaced them with leather. I didn't like the rawhide stirrups and replaced them with aluminum.
Quality: The leather is thick and well tooled. The drop down rigging is handy. The conchos are montana silver that doesn't have to be polished.
Summary: This is the best saddle I've ever had!
Usefulness Rating: 2.5 out of 5.
