Purchase: I acquired this at my local tack store for an average rate of $25, as I've been through about six other types of bell boots-which all rubbed my Arab. I had the older version of these(no ballistic nylon covering) in a size too big-so even those rubbed.
Likes: I love these!! They are very well constructed, with a ballistic heavy duty nylon covering and a nice neoprene inner. They don't rub, chafe or ever come off-even in the ocean/at the beach. The velcro is sure to hold up for at least six months, if not more.
Dislikes: Nothing!! Everything is wonderful!
Quality: As said before, they have a ballistic kevlar nylon on the outside, which holds up very well, with neoprene on the inside/around the collar. They keep their shape, rinse dirt off easily and dry in a day.
Summary: Great buy, just make sure you get the right size! My Arab and a Morgan(any horse up to 15'3 with smallish-average feet) take a small, medium is too big. Yet if your horse has huge feet(as some TBs I know), make sure you get X-large.
