Purchase: I ordered it on the internet. It was shipped to me and I paid $479.00
Likes: I was a little leery at first for two reasons. One, I ordered it on line without any knowledge of the company's reputation and also because it was much less than others. When I received the saddle, it was a endurance saddle, the tree did not fit my horse properly. I had no problem returning it and I ordered a western with a flex tree with a barrel shape. It was hand made and beautiful. We just looked at it all evening and couldn't wait to try it on her. She is a thoroughbred with high withers. It fit and looked great. Very comfortable and the barrel shape seems to give her hindquarters room to move freely. She has always had an english saddle on her back and this cut and weight (28 pds) is perfect for this 5 year old exracer. K & B were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Dislikes: There is nothing that I can say I disliked about the company, customer service or product.
Quality: Excellent quality, color and workmanship.
Summary: I would recommend K & B, and I have, for anyone wanting or needing a hand made saddle. The horse is happy and I feel great on my horse. That is the bottom line.
