Purchase: I bought this saddle from a friend for $500.00 which was a HUGE deal. She was only selling it because it is a youth saddle and her niece grew out of it. She actually won it from the Stubben website. After purchasing her own saddle she entered her niece in their Rising Star contest and she actually won. Typically this saddle runs you anywhere from $1200 - $1600 and about the same for the dressage version.
Likes: I love everything about this saddle. The style is a youth jumping saddle but it still has a 17" seat just shorter flaps. Which is great for us shorter riders out there(yes we do exist). It also has great knee and thigh blocks for added support.
Dislikes: I can honestly say nothing.
Quality: Just as with all Stubben saddles it is built to last. It has great stitching, nice leather, and is breaking in perfectly.
Summary: Basically, if you are a shorter rider (5'5" or shorter) and plan on doing any jumping or eventing, this is the saddle for you. It even comes in a nice Honey brown for the Hunters out there. I have the black with havana trim and I use it for everything even dressage. In fact I like this saddle so much I am now trying to find a nice used Juventus D (dressage).
