Purchase: I bought one of their demo saddles online at a reduced priced. In doing so, I took a chance that the saddle would fit and was not able to use their fitting system. I paid approximately $900 for the saddle and breast collar.
Likes: This was about six months ago. I had been using a Reinsman gaited saddle on my 7 yr old Missouri foxtrotter mare. My mare wasn't gaiting consistently or smoothly in the Reinsman. And I had been told by trainers that the Reinsmen did fit her. However, I just sensed that it was too long for her to move comfortably. Also, the seat was too big for me after working with a gaited horse instructor. Almost immediately my mare started gaited her little heart out and it is very comfortable for. I just trail ride and regularly ride 4-5 days a week averaging 8-12 miles per ride.
Dislikes: If I had ordered a saddle to my specs rather than buying a demo saddle, I would have ordered one with shorter stirrup fenders and a Cheyenne roll. I'm a tad on the short side, and ride often in the mountains of AZ. Having cheyenne roll to hold onto going downhill is something I had grown used to and liked about my Reinsman saddle.
Quality: I'm favorably impressed with the quality and workmanship especially for the price.
