Manufacturer: King Series
Model: Silver Royal #1526
Category: Trail Saddles
Purchase: I purchased this saddle locally from a dealer. I believe I paid 350 for it. It was a very nice looking saddle, and fit my horse. This saddle was purchased 11/06. Not even a year yet.
Likes: This is an attractive saddle, just a little bit of silver on it. Some nice tooling, but not over done. It also has a very deep seat, that is very comfy for long rides and easy to sit. The skirts are sewn together less to clean! The balance seems to be good.
Dislikes: It is falling apart. The conchos holding the seat jockey in place have both come off. One at a time of course, and out on the trail. So I am just flapping in the wind now! (Hoping nothing to important falls apart)
Quality: Obviously the construction/quality leaves a bit to be desired!
Summary: I would really like this saddle if it were not coming apart. But my experience so far would keep me from purchasing another King product, or recommending this.
Usefulness Rating: 2.88889 out of 5.
